Not exactly. And their latest Direct proved it. They didn't put much light on things that would appeal to non-gamers, if at all. Nearly everything they've shown was for the gamers. It's no longer safe to say Nintendo's main target are non-gamers/casuals anymore with the moves they've been making recently.

-Shinning more llight on core titles.
-Mii Verse, primarily being a social network for GAMERS who play on the platform.
-Collaborations w...

Ah, "no games". That sounds familiar, doesn't it? I remember not too long ago of such being said about the 3DS..... Also can not forget about this legendary saying on the Playstation 3 either. And now....... ROFLMFAO

Laughter aside. For the sake of the argument, let's say that's true. If time has taught us a damn thing about launches, it's that the games will come out for the platform down the road, whether you like them or not, some faster than othe...

Well, that's because there are people out there who actually want it to fail, whether they'll admit it or not. So much even, that facts such as that will only skip their ass. (^-^ )

From the video, it's certainly sounds like it could do with some polish. Not gunna dismiss it or anything, but they should have probably waited until the next instalment or two before adding multiplayer. You know, give them more time to experiment.

I might actually be interested in E3 this year, after today. Let's keep up this good momentum.

People to this day still think Nintendo are going to go third party.

Shame that, ignorance must truly be bliss.

Bite them in their rears? Umm, what?

If all that happened today was considered "rear biting", chomp away Nintendo. ;)

So true. Just a bunch of hit fishing now-a-days.

Correction: To save >your< Wii U.

ROFL

But anyway, I'm surely getting it. After putting 1000+ hours in the original, I've been longing for more monsters.

To gamingGod123:

I don't know what "gamers" you are talking, but anyone who isn't oblivious isn't playing "casual bs" on their Wii console.

"I call them backstabbers because Nintendo ditched the core gamers the ones who stuck with them especialy during the Gamecube days when they wern't doing so well, then Microsoft did and then kept lying to us that they are still interested in the core when it's so painfully obvious that they are not."

"Ditched"?

Appealing to a broader audience ≠ "ditched" -- when you still have games for core gamers.

Nasty. *sigh* Should I expect more things like this down the road? -_-'

I was just going to say that.

There shouldn't be any question about it.
